COURAGE: is not an isolated optional character quality. Is not merely a nice trait for people who want it but unnecessary for those who are not interested in it…..courage is foundational to being a Christian.
“No I think I am going to crawl down into my shell and play it safe” then a voice inside me said where is your courage? Get up and walk you can trust God!!!
YOU GROW IN COURAGE WHEN YOU FACE YOUR CRIPPLING FEARS.
“ I don’t want to be a coward; I want to be courageous.”
This is a biblical wish, for in 2 timothy1:7 Paul says: “God did not give us a spirit of timidity but a spirit of POWER”
You grow in courage as you follow your mind to be transformed. Sooner or later you beging to understand the centrality of courage in your walks in life.
LOVE is the most important Christian character trait (1 Cor 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.)
Involves…The COURAGE to do what needs doing; the DISCIPLINE to make decision and carry them out; the VISION to see into the future and deep into peoples hearts; and the ENDURANCE to keep going in spite of ridicule, discomfort or simple boredom.
